Payment

We are happy to offer several payment options for you to purchase from Vessel Powersports. 

We accept most major credit cards, all debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Venmo. Orders over $50 are eligible for Shop Pay Installments meaning you pay as you go based on the plan you pick. 

Express payment options are available at the beginning of the checkout process. All other options are available once you proceed with the checkout button. 

If you are using an express payment method, please be sure to confirm your shipping address and email address that is connected to your account before placing your order. 

Changes cannot be made to your payment method once the purchase is completed. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us immediately. 

If you have not received your order confirmation email, you likely placed your order through one of our express payment methods - PayPal, ShopPay, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Goggle Pay, or Venmo. Your order confirmation email is sent to the email associated with your express payment method. 

If you still do not see your email confirmation, please double check your spam inbox inside of your email account. 

Please contact us and confirm your full name, email address, and shipping address if you need further assistance.

You may have noticed that you have been charged two times for your order. One is the actual transaction amount for the purchase of your order, the other is an authorization hold. Depending which payment method you use or if our third party processor thinks the transaction was fraudulent, you may see two charges. Similar to paying for fuel at a gas pump with a debit card. Please do not worry, you will see the authorization fall off of your bank account within 3-5 days if this is the case. 

We do not store your card information nor can we see any card details you may have used. We use Shopify processing for any credit or debit card purchase.

Shipping

Yes, we offer expedited shipping. We have multiple shipping options once you reach the checkout page. We ship with USPS and UPS. You are able to select which carrier and service you would like us to ship your product with. 

We offer fast and free shipping for orders over $300.00 within the contiguous United States (does not include Hawaii, Alaska, or US territories).

Orders shipped outside the United States are subject to taxes and duties that are paid for by the customer.

Yes, we do! To confirm we are able to ship to your area, head over to our checkout page. From there, you can enter your address to view if we are able to ship to you. 

If we do not ship to your location, you can always contact us to see if we can make arrangements to get your items shipped to you. 

We do not cover custom fees and taxes, nor do we charge them when you are checking out with our website. You are subject to pay carrier fees when importing to your location. We are located in Pensacola Florida, USA for reference. 

Some taxes and buy fees are outrageous when shipping to Canada. Here is an article that may help you save money when importing your items you ordered from our website. The brokerage fee is the largest portion when importing shipments. You may want to read the article to possibly save you hundreds of dollars in payments you shouldn't pay.

Discounts and Promos

To apply a promo or discount code:

• Proceed to checkout and enter your code in the ['Discount Code'] field.

• Click ['Apply'] to see your new total before finalizing your order.

• Only one code can be used per order.

If you’re having trouble entering your promo code, please try clearing the cache on your web browser or trying on a different device.

If you are on the mobile or desktop version of the website, the discount code field can be found on the last step of the checkout page before you confirm your order. 

Note: Only one discount code per order may be used. Be sure you enter your discount code or gift card correctly to receive the discount. 

Receiving my order

If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave the package in a safe location.

Be sure to check around your home and with neighbors/building management who may have collected the package for you.

Also, please double-check the shipping address of your order (in the order confirmation email) to ensure it’s headed to the right location.

On some occasions, packages may be marked as delivered but take additional time to arrive.

If you still are unable to locate the package, please reach out to the carrier.

If you need additional assistance, please email our team.

Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.


Click on the tracking number link or enter the tracking number into our tracking page.


Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. It can take up to 12 Hours for the number to become active in our system. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later.

We are sorry to hear you received the wrong item in your order! Please report your order issue to our team via email for further assistance.

Include a photo of the item received and the name of the missing item(s). Please double-check the package for any notes or packing slips that indicate your other item(s) were shipped separately.

While we may not be able to guarantee your exact order is replaced due to potential stock issues, we’ll resolve the situation as best we can!

Returns and Warranty

All products manufactured by Vessel Powersports have a lifetime warranty for the original purchaser. 

To warranty your item you must be able to provide us your order number, name, and photos of the damaged product. As well as cover the shipping cost to get the replacement items shipped to you. 

All aftermarket parts and accessories not manufactured by Vessel Powersports are susceptible to that company's return/warranty policy. 

Our return policy lasts for 30 days upon delivery date. If it has been over 30 days since you received your order, we can no longer accept your return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused, and in the original packaging. returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges. 

The customer is responsible for return shipping to Vessel Powersports unless we shipped an incorrect, damaged, or defective item. 

Tracking information must be provided to a Vessel Powersports team member upon shipping your return back to us. Please contact us with your order number, name, and shipping address. 

Snorkel kits, stickers, and apparel items are not available for return. these items are excluded from the Vessel Powersports return policy. 

Yes, Vessel Powersports is more than happy to help you exchange a product for the one you need. 

Please contact us with your order number, name, and shipping address. Let us know the product you have, then the product you would like to exchange it for. 

If the product is of the same value, we will swap them at no extra charge. If the item has a greater value, we will need to send you an invoice to your email to pay for the difference. If the item has a lesser value, we will issue you a refund for the difference. 

You are responsible for the shipping costs to exchange the product, but we will not charge you an exchange fee for the process. 

Cancel my order

If you need to cancel your order please contact us immediately. We tend to process orders very quickly during business hours, so the quicker you contact us the better we will be able to assist you. Please let us know your order number and the name you used to place the order with. You will receive a confirmation email stating the order has been canceled. 

We typically see refunds take 4-7 business days to deposit back into your bank account. We are not a payment processor so we are not in control of the lead times for your refund. We will issue the refund and you will receive a confirmation email stating your refund is processing. If you see it has been longer than 7 business days and still have not received your refund. Please contact us with your order number and name so we can look further into the issue. 

Product questions

We typically restock items on our website once a week, please check back on the website everyday to see if the item you are looking for has been restocked. If it has not been restocked within the 7 days, please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have. 


We cannot purchase the Honda plastics for you, but you can purchase them from Partzilla or from your local Honda dealership. Your best route would be to contact your local Honda dealership so you do not have to pay the expensive shipping rates partzilla will charge you to ship freight. Typically your local Honda dealership will help you locate the correct color plastics for your machine. Let them know Vessel Powersports referred you to them for the assistance.
